
This little creation was inspired by a meal I had at my favorite little cafe in Spring Hill, Brisbane called Sisco. I devoured their vegetarian option of roasted tomatoes, ricotta, and fresh basil leaves on toasted sourdough. Sooo good. I crave it all the time now and decided to replicate it. Of course it was not as good but it still fulfilled the craving. Yummmmmm. Try it!
